Hope that this update finds you well.
Here's an update relevant for everyone that is missing a shipment or a replacement unit, and it is well over due, I must admit. The years since Campster launched have been through on the company, in terms of both human a financial resources. Making it difficult to follow up on missing shipments as we both did not have products or funds to ship the units missing. We have been clawing ourselves back up, and this year Sitpack have started to recoup and has slowly been able to send out units that are on our pending list, so we are going through our CS inbox and finding out who needs what, matching it with the lists we have made some time ago, then we got inquiries, and have starting shipments little by little - still, we Sitpack is in a massive deficit, but we are getting back on our feet, slowly but surely due to some nice investors, that believe in us, loans, and a strong manufacturing partner.
Many have experienced that we did a lot to assist in solving issues that occurred by sending new units and replacement parts - and some have experienced the opposite. Naturally, we never started this or any other project with the intention of not delivering, and not making people happy. It has been a rough time. But finally, we are getting

It's been more than a while since we updated here. Apollogies!
Campster has been a huge cost for Sitpack, and a pain in the neck for a lot of you, our highly valued backers. Luckily it has also been great product for the vast majority of the receivers. We have tried our best to help those in need and kept fulfilling orders, and replacements ongoing, while tweaking and improving the product as much as possible. Currently, there are about 400 filled-out surveys that have not received their pledge. This is primarily orders with grey units. Grey has been discontinued and our stock has not been enough due to large amounts having been discarded in Quality Control. We have not made new units as we knew that we needed to improve the locks before making a new batch.
We have solved the locking issues by building on an existing pin-lock solution. We are going away from our own twist and lock one - this locking function is known by everyone. Can be unfolded in 4 seconds. It works like a charm. We should have done this from the start. DAMN!
If you are still waiting, you have probably already been given the opportunity to change to a blue unit the offer still stands - and can be shipped from China within a week. Otherwise, you will also have the opportunity to choose the upgraded model when it is ready in 2-3 months' time.

Dear All.
Hope you are all doing great.
Currently, we are missing to ship out 1100 Contributions.
We have had quite the issues the past months, but we are getting ready to ship the final orders in late April.
We are continuously in contact with many of you that are still waiting, and I know is extremely frustrating to wait such a long time.
We are almost there.
If you feel like you're sliding off your Campster, when using it outside, please let us know. We have experienced this issue wherein visually equal chairs one of chairs would make the user slide forward. We have solved the problem by sending a new seat or a replacement chair.
So please do contact us if you experience this.

Dear All.
Hope this update finds you well.
Goods arrived at the US warehouse last week and are being shipped during this week. Pallets shipped out in early December, wow, should have arrived on Jan. 2nd.: ( ... These are now getting packed and shipped out.
UK orders were shipped out 2 weeks ago, thank you for the constructive feedback and positive comments - so we are now in the clear with the EU/UK side.
EA and AU are causing some troubles as we have a dispute with a supplier, causing them to hold back goods from their warehouse. We are certain that this will be resolved during this or late next week, so we can complete the shipments.
We are super excited to see some of the fantastic comments from backers that have received their Chairs. We would so so so appreciate a review on our webshop or a copy-paste of your comment - please help us out, again, on our journey to create the best portable seating solution.!

Hi All.
Sorry to say that again the units for the US have been delayed as the vessel arrived at LA Harbour on the 23rd of January (should have arrived on the 2nd. of January) There has been congestion in LA - but the goods should be arriving at the US warehouse next week and shipped out.
UK contributions will ship from Denmark next week, and not China, there was a thorough mix-up in China, unfortunately. AU + East Asia will ship after CNY 10th of February.
Sorry for the delay and the inconvenience!
We´re looking forward to concluding this project very soon, and hope for your understanding of our situation - thank you all for your perseverance.
